3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All payments must be made in full before the order is dispatched. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment provider.

4. Shipping

We ship products through multiple logistics partners, including Ekart, Delhivery, and other trusted carriers based on location, serviceability, and shipping availability. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer regular returns for change of mind or buyer preference. Returns are only considered in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, and this must be supported with valid proof.

For damaged, broken, or incorrect product issues, the customer must record a video while unboxing the product and share it with us as proof. We may also ask for clear photographs and order details for verification. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer exchange subject to product condition and eligibility.

Please note that no return is available for regular orders unless the item is broken, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered and supported by proper proof as outlined above.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShreeRatna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
