Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation and payment. During festivals, sales periods, or high-demand times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected logistics partner. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days across India, though some areas may experience longer transit times.
Shipping charges may vary based on the order value, weight, shipping destination, and courier used. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, if applicable, to help you monitor delivery status.
If the package is delayed, lost, or not delivered as expected, please contact us with your order ID so we can coordinate with the shipping partner and assist you.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Once the order is dispatched, changes to the address may not be possible depending on the courier status.
At present, our shipping policy mainly covers deliveries within India. International orders may be processed only if available and will be subject to separate shipping arrangements and charges.
